THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-2025

LEARNING MOBILITY FOR STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENT

PROJECT NO: 2022-1-TR01-KA171-HED-000069220,

2023-1-TR01-KA171-HED-000167433

ANNOUNCEMENT DATE: SEPTEMBER 11th, 2024

This is an application announcement for learning mobility for students carried out by Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo with Eskişehir Technical University (ESTU).

KA171 ICM projects, which enable student and staff mobility with countries around the world other than the member countries of the European Union, are mobility projects carried out on a department or faculty basis, projected every year, and also known as “International Credit Mobility.”

2024-2025 Academic Year Spring Semester: February 10, 2025 – June 24, 2025

  1. DEFINITIONS
  • Students enrolled in the Textile and Fashion Design program at the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels at Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo are eligible to participate in the project.
  • Quota:1 student; type of mobility: “learning”.
  • Grant Amount: 800Euro per month + a one-time payment of 1500 Euro for travel support.
  • Visa: The selected participant will need to apply for a student Visa. Just like any other Turkish visa, the selected participant will need to complete an online form at the pre-requirement system when applying for a Study Visa. Once the selected participant submits this form, the selected participant will receive an appointment date. Please visit the Turkish embassy or consulatefor further details on appointment and interview. Since the student visa cannot be issued within Turkey, the selected participant therefore needs to submit a few documents to the local Turkish consulate / embassy in Brazil, including an acceptance letter from a Turkish university (in this case, ESTU will provide the acceptance letter to the selected student only), mentioning the duration of the stay. This visa enables an international student to settle in Turkey by applying for a residence permit temporarily. Turkey student visa is granted to individuals who intend to do an internship in this country, enroll in an educational institution/university, or attend a course. A standard time frame for visa submission is as follows:
  • Earliest application- sixty days before your date of departure to Turkey.
  • Latest application- 30 days/one month before your intended date of travel to Turkey.
